Blue Heron Bistro
100 W Commercial Ave, Coos Bay, North Bend,
I have eaten there a few times in the past 4-5 years and I have never had any complaints. The food is great and always well prepared, and there salad is made fresh every day. As far as I am concerned It is probably one of the best restaurants I have been to in Coos Bay.

Monk's Cafa(C)
264 S 16th St, Philadelphia, Jenkintown,
I've been to Monks several Times with my wife and friends and I will neever go again, because every time we go, we are treated horribly by the staff. There are PLENTY of other places to go in this city. My boss and other co-workers have also joined my ban on Monks for similar reasons.

Eulogy Belgian Tavern
136 Chestnut St, Philadelphia, Jenkintown,
Eulogy has the most beers and greatest food in Old City. They don't tolerate fighters (saw the guy below get thrown out for trying to start a fight). The hamburger is best of Philly and the atmosphere and service are fantastic.

Zot
122 Lombard St, Philadelphia, Camden,
Some hype surrounding this place so my wife and I decided to check it out. I am a huge fan of Belgian beer and cuisine and have been to all the other Belgian-inspired restaurants in town. What a huge disappointment! For starters, the atmosphere was like an unfinished, dank, and LOUD version of Ruby Tuesday's, not the rustic, romantic ambiance I was looking for on a much anticipated night out with my better half. Our reservation was for 7 PM on a Saturday night and when I ordered my beer (Rochefort 10), the waiter returned and informed me that they were out! This is inexcusable and totally unprofessional for a restaurant that supposedly prides itself on a large beer selection as most Belgian joints do. Furthermore the food was atrocious. I sent my buffalo steak back as it had been so overly seasoned with pepper it was completely unpalatable. The quality of the meat was very poor and both my original entree as well as the replacement they brought me were riddled with gristle. To make matters worse our waitress was indignant and took my calm criticism of the food very personally. In short, ZOT is a FLOP. Don't waste your time or hard-earned money on this eatery.

The Boat House Restaurant
116 N West Ave, Beach Haven, Ocean Acres,
This family run restaurant is wonderful. The food is super fresh and well prepared. The wait staff is well educated on the menu and dishes come out in the order they are suppose to. I have been there 10 or 15 times and have never had a bad experience. I will go back many more times. Shhh! Dont tell anyone about this nice place.

Brussels Bistro
222 Forest Ave, Laguna Beach, Costa Mesa,
Great food! Croquettes are a must. Steak tartare is wonderful! Authentic Belgian food is served. If you're Belgian, you will recognize and lust after the tiny North Sea shrimp. (They serve them in the stuffed tomatoes or in the croquettes.) They have the usual selection of great Belgian beers. Wonderful desserts! The bistro can be extremely loud for such a small space so try a night when there is no DJ or band. The waitstaff is a bit ditzy and unfamiliar with Belgian cuisine, but this is SoCal after all...
