I purchased a second pair of Maui Jim sunglasses while on vacation in Florida. I was pleased with the quality and durability of the first pair I purchased 5 year prior. After 6 months, they were broken and I sent them to the repair center in Peoria, Illinois. The glasses were still under warrantee and I only had to cover shipping costs. The turnaround time was 10 days - excellent. Two month later, I was involved in a minor car accident and the glasses were damaged again - bad luck! I sent them for repair and within 1 week I had them back in like-new condition. No questions asked. The staff was friendly and helpful. It was refreshing to find a company so service oriented. The glasses were expensive but are well worth it backed by excellent warrantee and customer service.
