Mom & Pop Rv Park
901 Illinois Ave, Farmington, Turley,
Mom and Pop is not what anyone would call charming or scenic, but it is very comfortable and functional. The bathrooms are old but clean, and the shower has plenty of hot water. It's location is not great, but is not far from downtown and close to the river. It is very quiet, and there is a restaurant close by that serves very good, basic, diner-type food. Pop loves trains, and has an amazing model train setup. He also makes all kinds of little figures that he hand paints. He's very helpful. I came to Farmington to play golf at the top-notch Pinon Hills course, and it's an easy 10-minute ride from the park. For anyone staying in Farmington, it's as nice or nicer than the other parks, and the monthly rate is very low. One caution: it only has 30-amp service, so in very hot weather, you could only use one A/C unit. So far, I have been OK with that, and it reached 100 two days ago.

Strict rules make it nice for the family. Clean pond. Sites can be a bit small. Overall it is a good value for the money.
