Desmond Hotel
660 Albany Shaker Rd, Albany, Niskayuna,
The Desmond has been wonderful so far! I'm getting married there in June and we have a lot of out of town guests staying there. They've all commented on how nice everyone has been over the phone. Not to mention Amanda has been the greatest and I know my wedding day is going to be the best ever!!

Clarion Hotel Riverside

Stayed here for New Years Eve Package and live in Rochester. DIRTY ROOMS - Management should lay in the bathtub and look @ the grime in the toilet - DISGUSTING! This is just not one day of not cleaning but months. Wrote manager an email on 1/2 and yet to get a response. Bartender excellent - New Years Eve Package with food and bar service was great - That's all though

Crowne Plaza Hotel Rochester
70 State St, Rochester, Rochester,
I had heard from a co-worker that this hotel was worth the price that our company gets for it so I decided to finally stay even though I wasn't fond of the downtwon location. I will never stay again! It sounds horrible to say but the only word I can think of to sum up this property is trashy! From the employees who are rude and unprofessional to the room itself. No one was kind my entire stay or offered me any assistance unless I asked sometimes multiple times. The room was very dingy and worn, there were homeless people being asked to leave the lobby late one night because the downtown location is absolutly dreadful and you can't walk anywhere that is safe. Overall even for the cheap price we do get I would never stay at this hotel again. I would rather pay higher for a better location and cleaner facility.

In-Town Motel
1635 Centre Ave, Reading, Laureldale,
i love this motel, its clean, afforable, and convienent to downtown reading without actually having to be IN reading. the rooms are cozy, the manager is very nice and easy-going, there is a convienent laundromat, 6-pack outlet/kitchen, and lottery right downstairs, and a sandwich shop and small grocery corner store right down the street. there is bus service right across the street from the motel. so, in conclusion, if your looking for a nice, clean, cheap place to stay, look to the in-town!

The rooms have recently been refurbished, but are small. No closet, but a wardrobe. Continental breakfast is o.k. Staff is friendly. Good value.

this plase is absolutly the nastiest place that i have ever stayed in the bathrooms are so incredibly dirty. the showers look like they've never been cleaned, the curtains in the rooms are moldy because they along with the motel are old, the sheets don't stay on the beds, there are stians on the blankets and mattress. don't get me wrong i understand that the place is old but that's no reason to let the place go like that. one day i was there and i watched the "cleaning" staff "clean" the room and they didn't touch the bathroom. they gave us "clean" towels which had unidenified stains on them. if i was you i would rather fall asleep at the wheel.
