Care was adequate but customer service was horrible. The staff needs to communicate to clients when appointment times cannot be met. Life is too short to spend time waiting for an appointment. I'd still be a client if delays had been communicated to me. Last appointment I was left in an examination room for almost a half hour with NO attention. I won't go back.

I have a 6 month old male Yorkie, when I bring him to this office I feel very comfortable that he is getting the best care and observation. The vets are nice, the assistance as well as the front desk. It is a pleasure, nice new clean office too. I would also like to say that the prices for service are reasonable as well.
