Poor customer service, many hidden fee's. I changed insurance on my car and the credit union did not hesitate to add "there" insurance premium to the to my monthly payment. There was a customer service agent that called me the day before this happened but called me at 4:56pm so that I couldn't get them my new insurance statement in-time not to be charged a one day fee of some $495. Would not Recommend....
