I had a good experience at Real Results. I worked out there from 12/2006 thru 5/2007. I was able to accomplish the goals that I set out to do with the help of the staff. Most of the staff have good knowledge of fitness and sports training, and they are open to share it with you. What I liked most about the facility was the 'personal training' feel it had. It is like a 'neighborhood gym'. On the down side, the lack of shower facilities adds to the time needed if you are doing a workout before heading to work in the morning. Also, I can sympathize with the reviewer above regarding the management change. I was also affected by it. Although it was disappointing and shocking to have that trainer leave so suddenly, there were other competent staff members to help me continue. I had also made some payments up-front, but I was fully refunded. I guess it's what you make of it....
