Sommer, Julie - Fitzgerald-Sommer F
17 S Delaware Ave, Yardley, Hopewell,
Well run, full service. Beautiful interior with lovely, historical prints, well-appointed furniture. View of Delaware River is spectacular. Near Yardley Inn. Owners are very experienced and discrete. Staff is the best. Grieve if you must, but this funeral home and its owners are exceptional. They understand life's cycle and will be there for you in your time of need. This funeral home represents the the ideals of good taste for all in Bucks County, Trenton, Princeton, Philadelphia, etc. If you have to go, make this your final stop! I have been to half a dozen funerals at this fine establishment. The owners really go out of their way to do it right. Call them up and leave the details to them. The interior has just been completely redone, from top to bottom. New wall paper, new carpets, new drapes, new lighting. It smells of life. The funeral home is right on the Delaware River. Can't ask for a better location. The Yardley Inn can accommodate friends, either after viewings or for a wake after the funeral. Fortunately, in Pennsylvania the wake is deductible on the inheritance tax return. This funeral home will give you unforgettable memories, happy ones to go with the sadness of the occasion. The strength and character of the funeral home rubs off visitors. The two owners Ms Fitzgerald, and Ms Sommer have been written up in the New York Times for their unique style and business acumen. Regards, Tortsking
