Absolutely amazing! My computer broke Sunday morning and I really had to get on to finish some work for monday morning. I called every computer repair shop in Buffalo. Garry, the owner was the only person open and available to fix my computer. He took my computer in around 3pm Sunday diagnosed it right in front of me, told me what I needed without over complicating the situation and had the computer back to me later that night. The best part? It was cheap! Under a $100 bucks to recover my files from my hard drive and reinstall XP. Don't waste your time or money going to bestbuy or some other repair shop in town where you will pay hundreds and lose your computer for days. This guy is a best kept secret.
