This place has ripped off the public for at least two years. My next door neighbor went their two years ago and her car (which she keeps in meticulous shape) came out with scratches all over. Unfortunately, I went there last year (without knowing what had happened to her car) and the same thing happened to mine. No apologies or compensation for the damage to either of our vehicles from that company. Stay far, far away from this place if you value the finish on your vehicle!!!

Lock up you valuables!!! About a week after getting a wash, I got in my console to take out my radar detector and it was long gone. The only people who had access to my car were the sticky fingers at Magnum.
