It was cheaper than the other places I tried, and the atmosphere was much more personal and friendly. A dearth of nonsense, no greasy guys saying "Well, ya got your fan belt, see, and then there's the coolant tubes you gotta deal with, ... etc." to pre-rationalize an exorbitant price. They're quick and high quality. They'll do what you want, and if they ever "went ahead and...", then it was at no extra cost.
