I bought a used cycle from them, made the mistake of not having it inspected somewhere else first. Come to find out, they had pieced together a wrecked bike that somehow had a clear title and sold it to me as good. All the damage was hidden but once you drove it you knew something was wrong. They will not let you test drive (semi understandable) so you have not much of a way to find out what your really getting before you buy it. They are masterfull at making it look and work right just long enough to sell it. I have another friend that had almost as bad an experance with them, yes it is family run, and the family will run with your money, all the way to the bank. I drive by there almost every day and grimice at how they took me. I will NEVER do business with them again, neither will my friend. What was his problem? He took his bike in for a brake job, got it back, brakes were worse than when he took it in, and had a fresh nail in the rear tire, they would not fix. Had to take it to another shop and $500.00 later to fix what they had done wrong. My budy is religious about T-CLOCK, the nail was fresh and was not there when he dropped off the bike. They are cheep, but you get what you pay for, that lack of price come with a lack of quality, or worse.
