I've been ripped off on so many occassions here it's unbelievable! I've even caught them red handed! They tried to charge me double what a regular mechanic (Joe Durbano on West Chester Pike...who's excellent by the way) charged me for hald the price. He also included an inspection, a car wash and more. Any Saab owner in the know does not go to Main Line Saab to service their Saab as they are master liers and cheaters!
