We have purchased two new Mazdas from Donnie at Knoxville Mazda. The cars are great! Donnie negoitated a great deal for us and his follow through has been excellent. Finance guy Karl is a good guy to deal with. It's refreshing not to have to play games buying a car like so many other dealers seem to have to do. Good agency and good service dept. guys also.

I'm on my 2nd one, and believe me, I am rough on cars. I've never had any major problems with the Mazda vehicles, and the next one will certainly be a Mazda. Only problem I see right now - I can't justify selling the one I have. It simply won't fall apart.
