Called for Parts Dept. Guy answered in a very hurried, mumbled way. To confirm, I asked, "Parts Dept?". Once again, he said something but like he was "speed talking" and then without confirming with me, he put me on hold or hung up - I don't know which. Terrible Communication...my 12 year old son could do better.
