I can't believe this place. I called to schedule some service for my car and they're too busy to even come to the phone. Stayed on hold forever and finally gave up. Can't imagine what the service is like if they won't even answer the phone!

Having recently moved here, I looked for the nearest Audi dealer to service my vehicle. I was always impressed with the level of service I received from the dealership in Spokane, WA, so naturally I expected the same here: Honesty, Fair pricing, and overall great service. Sadly, Roger Beasley failed on all accounts. First of all, their quote to fix my timing belt was $300 more than any other shop (including Audi) that I'd contacted. They charged for tire rotation and a battery check - which is free just about anywhere else. If that wasn't enough to keep me from coming back, I got a call early in the morning, telling me everything was serviced and my car was ready. I called an hr before dropping by to let them know I was on my way. It was 3pm when I arrived, and NOTHING WAS DONE! He gave me a lame excuse about a misunderstanding between him and the crew, and then he kept changing his story and I caught him in his lie. He refused to waive the battery check fee, and quite frankly I wouldn't be surprised if my oil wasn't changed at all. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, I'll never be back.

I bought an A4 and a TT from here. The A4's stereo speakers kept on going out on one side. They never were able to fix it so I went to a different dealer and it was fixed the first time. I also bought a TT here and didn't get my plates until after the 30-day temporary tags expired, which was OK except that the salesman never returned any of my phone calls when the plates were due to expire. Ultimately, I had to talk to the finance officer in order to get an extension. The TT was also not cleaned prior to releasing it to me. However, the salesman kept on stressing to give him 5 stars or he doesn't get paid so I did. After answering the telephone survey and giving him 5 stars, I never heard from him again.
