Worst service department ever rude, not prompt nor realiable, and overpriced. If you get a service appointment you have to drop you bike, trike, or whatever you ride at 9:00 AM or else it does not get on the work list for the day you spend 30 min agruing about the defintion of an appointment, then three weeks late maybe you get your bike back. Go somewhere else for service!
