Listing review
This used to be one of my favorite restaurants. The food was great and the service was excellent. However, the last two visits were my last two visits. On both occasions, we were left standing in the waiting area, with no host to seat us. On the previous visit, we were seated approximately 15 minutes after we arrived, even though we had made eye contact on several occasions with the staff there. After we were seated, we sat for 20-30 minutes before we complained to the manager and left. Another couple had also gone through the same situation and left a bit before us. A few months later, we decided to try them again. Again, we waited for 20-30 minutes in the waiting area. There was a family sitting there before us and several other people showed up after us. Again, the staff would look over at us but not do a single thing. This time we left... for good. I'd review the food, but I haven't tasted it recently.
