We have trouble getting money back after giving a deposit. We came in off a sales ad, but the manager tried to play dumb and wanted us to pay $2,000 more, so if you see a sale price in an ad bring it in, otherwise they will try to sell it to for full retail. Very slow here, try a bigger dealer.
