By far the most reputable place I have ever taken my 2000 Jetta. I have dealt with other dealers in NY and Florida and always had walked away with the foreboding feeling of getting "ripped off', esp. since I am a girl who doesn't know about car stuff. Not a V Depot! Ritchie is always professional, easy to talk and always answers my questions-even over the phone! Alan goes out of the way to explain (and even show me on the car) the work I need done and why. The atmosphere is professional yet relaxed. The waiting room has free wireless internet service which is a plus when I need to wait for my car. .I feel this place gives fast, reliable service at a very reasonable price.
