I've known Pat Massey Welter, the owner of Suncoast Pilates and Personal Training Center, for over 10 years now, and she runs a great studio. In the past year, she has helped me to lost over 80 pounds, while still protecting my bad back and neck. Her studio is one of the best I've ever been to, and Pat is one of the most certified trainers in this area. Not only are she and her trainers dedicated to helping a client reach your goals, they are also dedicated to helping the client with whatever physical or medical concerns there may be, all the while still enabling the client to get and stay fit. This is the only studio to go to if you want great certified top quality training geared toward your specific needs!
