Listing review
Took a pair of hockey skates in to have the blade holders replaced. When I went back to get them that afternoon, one of the brand new holders had 5 cracks in it from the installation. Took them back the next day. Counter guy was rude. Didn't get a call that the skates were ready that day. Didn't get a call that the skates were ready the next day, so I dropped in after work. When it was my turn to be served at the counter, the same rude counter guy turned his back on me, pointed my skates out to an associate, and left. The skates looked good. I thanked the associate who was far more polite than his workmate and left. Went out to ref a game that night, one of the heel rivets falls out before I even get on the ice. Checked them more closely and two more were loose. Going back today to talk to a manager however I will get them repaired elsewhere. I doubt I will spend another dollar in that store as there are several other options in the area, nor would I recommend this store to anyone until they improve their service and their attention to the customer's needs.
